Accommodation :

The 143 elegantly appointed rooms at the hotel offer guests a relaxing ambience to unwind in after a tiring day. Tastefully furnished, each of these rooms overlook landscaped gardens and come stocked with a mini-bar and a complimentary tea-coffee making facility. There are also non-smoking areas and specially designed rooms for the physically challenged. Additional facilities include a 24-hour room service, a travel desk, beauty salon, a gift shop, an exercise room and a swimming pool. All rooms are equipped with a personalized digital safe with a Ving Card key system for better security. For the convenience of the guests, a hair dryer and an extra pillow are provided in each room.

Introduction : The Lake Palace is a marble fantasy that floats magically on the still blue waters of Lake Pichola. The hotel has 84 rooms including 17 suites, some of which are breathtakingly beautiful. The Lake Palace is located 26 km from the Udaipur airport and a kilometre from the city centre. Udaipur, the famed 'city of sunrise', was founded in 1567 by Maharana Udai Singh, a fearless Rajput king. This languid lake city with its fantasies in marble, picturesque hibiscus - covered gardens and elaborate fountain pavilions, embodies the glory of the Rajput era.
