WHAT WE DO;
You can expect us, as the part of the standard service we provide for any event, to create and regularly update a budget and project plan, research locations including zoning and other ordinances, or other scheduled activities that might intrude your event. We will find and secure the necessary facilities, negotiate vendor contracts,design the layout and décor of the facility,select (with your approval, of course) and oversee tha caterer and menu, and arrange for entertainment, invitations and accommodations for your guests.We will coordinate staff and volunteers, arrange publicity, answer questions, solve problems, and always, always keep you informed.

Recognizing your corporate and private clients have varying needs and budgets, and also varying levels of desired participation in the planning and coordination process,Flaritons event management offers three levels of service that represents increasing level of engagement with your events.

Do-it-yourself (With just a little help)
If limited budget or your own inclinations makes you want to plan most of the event yourself, but you need a initial direction, we would be delegated to consult with you to get you started by recommending sites or resources, helping you develop a theme, decoration scheme, or budget. The event, though, would be yours to plan and run.

If you lack the time to thoroughly plan your event, but want to be in charge event day, ETC can organize the entire affaire, handling everything off to you on the day of event.
You still get the benefit of our creativity and planning skills.
