SOUTH INDIAN INCENTIVE

Day 01: ARRIVE MUMBAI - MADURAI
Assistance onarrival and transfer to domestic airport to connect flight for Madurai.meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to your hotel.upon arrival Tradition welcome with Aarti ,Tikka,Garland and welcome drink.There will be live Nadaswaram Music(typical south indian music),which is normally played during relegious ceremony or during wedding.Rest of the day at leisure.Evening witness the Bharatnatyam show in your hotel.(aprox11/2 hour) followed by a special Tamillian Dinner(meals will be served on the banana leaf and the group members will have an opportunity of having the dinner with their hands instead of using Fork and Knife Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 02 :MADURAI
Morning visit the Meenakshi temple to witness the Aarti ceremony (as in the evening temple is to crowded with local devotees)which take place between 00500-0700 hrs.Aafter Aarti ceremony return to hotel.Breakfast at hotel and than sightseeing of Madurai.We will park the coach about one KM away for the hotel .Will arrange indian Rikshaws at the hotel.which will drive the clients from the hotel to coach.once the complete group is transfered,will start the city tour of Madurai including visit to the temples.We will organize lunch at a typical south indian restaurent where Thali lunch will be provided .Each thali will have roti,puri,three type of vegetable Boiled rice Sambar,rasam,Paisaam,papad,pickle and sweet dish.Afternoon we will make a cofee break in a good demonstration for about half an hour during this break .Evening a south indian wedding ceremony .we will pickup a couple from the group who will be made as bride and bridegroom.we will organize a prohit to perform the wedding ceremony, the group member will be provided with grand dinner ,in the end we will have the DJ and the dance floor for the group members.

Day 03: MADURAI - PERIYAR
Morning drive to periyar,we will make a stop in the Tamilnadu-Kerala border in a nice restaurant for lunch.Arrive Periyar and transfer to the hotel.Later boats cruise on lake periyar to view the wildlife.Afternoon visit the tea platation.evening cocktail near the pool.overnight at the hotels

Day 04: PERIYAR - COCHIN
Morning drive from periyar through the Tea Plantation. Arrive Kottayam where the coach will drop the clients to start the Backwater Cruise. The coach, will then meet the group members in alleppey. Arrive Alleppey and transfer to hotel prince where an elaborate lunch will be provided, After lunch proceed by coach for cochin.Arrive and check in at Hotel . Upon arrival the group members will be provided with warm welcome Aarti. Tikka and Garland etc,they will have a little free time to relex.Evening an exclusive kathakali performence show for the group members followed by chinese dinner in the hotel.overnight at the hotel.

Day 05: COCHIN
Full day sightseeing tours of chching inculding visit to jewish synagogue.Cycle rickshaws are not available in cochin.we will however try to arrange some typical ride for the group members
for about half an hour. Lunch in a nice local restaurant. Will arrange a typical local drum olayers (its going to be too noisy ;) Evening We can suggest a village Theme. We will create a small village in the hotel and the group members will be able to see the Bangle sellers,
Old Men smoking Hubble Bubble (Hukka), villagers selling dry fish and some small stalls selling local items. The group members will also have an opportunity to pick up some souvenirs on cash payment. Group will be provided with a kerala meal, Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 06: COCHIN - GOA
Morning free, Transfer to the airport in time to connect flight for Goa. (per current schedule this flight operates only on Mondays and Fridays).Light refreshment on arrival at hotel in Goa along with welcome drink, Meeting and assistanc on arrival and transfer to hotel. Group members will have some time to relax in the room. Evening meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel. Group members will have some time to relax in the room. Evening party on the Goan beach dinner followed by D.J. Overnight at the Resort.

DAY 07: GOA
Late Morning,Two hour special cruise on river Mandovi by 19th century Dhow (capacity 60 pax), We will arrange cultural programme on board and the lunch will also be on board. Return to the hotel late afternoon. Suggest this day late afternoon is left free to explore Goa. For your information the following can be offered as optional : Buffet dinner in the resturant of hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 08: GOA
Buffet Breakfast at hotel. This day suggest following options :-- A) CASTAWAY CRUISE- Spend the day outat sea, sea spoting dolphins, fishing and snorkeling and stop for a delicious Bar-be-que
lunch at a deserted island paradise. B) FULL OF SPICE-EXPLORE the backwaters of Goa by boat. Watching for crocodiles along the way and then spice things up even more with a visit to the spice plantation |
C) DUDHSAGAR FALLS _Travel by car drive to base of the spectacular falls and enjoy a refershing swim of simply soak up the sun. D) CRUISE BY SUNSET - Take a sunset cruise on the river Mandovi while enjoying traditional Goan music and dancing. In THE EVENING WE SUGGES THEME: -"TASTE OF ASIA" Enter the Dragon with an Asian Evening which takes you through a culinary journey from the countries of Indonesia, Malaysia,Thailand, Mongolia, China, Japan Vietnam or philipines, Korea and laos, Explore the delicate art of south East dining. The cubbled path from the gates leads you to an arena of South East asia's finest cuisine,spread over various counters and action station is th food lid on fabrics and laos. Of course,not to forget the deserts that takes you to Nirvana from all these countries,Lie back and explore the culinary delights from the worlds most deverse of cusine and listen to the fantasizing music of the Anglings.

DAY 09: GOA - MUMBAI
Morning Free. Transfer to the airport in time to connect flight for mumbai. Meeting and assitance on arrival and transfer to Hotel. Afternoon a short city tour of mumbai .We will include a visit to one of the Filim studios. We will arrange for the Group members a film show of a very popular Hindi Film. Evening dinner at the Tanjore Restaurent (specialty restaurent) situated at hotel Taj Mahal. The hotel has folk Dance performance every day during the diner. overnight at the hotel.

DAY 10: DEPART MUMBAI
Morning visit to Elephanta caes or else a city tour of Mumbai. Lunch in a local restaurant. Late evening transfer to the International airport to connect onward international flight.

NORTH INDIA INCENTIVE

DAY 01: ARRIVE DELHI
Assistance on arrival,and transfer to hotel.Traditional welcome"aarti"and garland with Tikka at the lobby and welcome drink while room keys are handed over to group leade .Group checks into rooms after wakeup calls and breakfast time is fixed.

DAY 02: DELHI
After late brekfast group is taken overby our professional guides who will take the group through a fascinating tour of new Delhi to include the famous lotus shaped Bahais Temple,Qutub Minar, India Gate and a drive to Rashtrapati Bhawan.Gala lunch at a specially restaurent.After lunch free time for shopping.in the evening view of a one hour exclusive dances of india shown in the backdrops of the ruins of Hauz Khas fort and lake followed by Gala theme dinner.overnight in hotel

DAY 03: DELHI - AGRA
After breakfast leave by surface for Agra (200 kms hrs) enroute visiting Sikandara- the Tomb of Akbar.beware of Monkeys.check into your hotel.welcome drink on arrivals with Aarti and Tikka .Lunch at hotel.Baggage checked into rooms and keys handed over while group has lunch.Afternoon city sightseeing tour visiting the Taj Mahal,Agra fort.Evening mughal themer dinner at lawns of hotel. This theme takes you back to the fabled world of the great Mughal .Chobdar(gatekeeper)user to guest to the Dawat-Khana .Hostesses clad in silken ,flowing Ghaghra(skirts) and chunri.welcome the guest with flowers and atars(perfume) in traditional styles.flamboyant folk dances herald a sumptuous spread of Mughal delicacies,served in a manner befitting royalty.overnight in hotels.

DAY 04: AGRA -JAIPUR
After breakfast group departs for Fatehpur Sikri, deserted city (30 Kms away). An hour's guided tour of this ghost city would take you back over 500 years. we arrive at the pink city of Jaipur by lunch.Check into hotel. A royal w3lcome awaits the group with decorated elephants and trumpeters, Baggage check into rooms and keys handded over while group has lunch . after a leisurely lunch feasting we drive out to see the beautiful city palace the observatory and the palace of winds. Evening enjoy the Bradari dinner. this theme is held on a cool, open terrace under a starlit sky.Earthern lamps and mashaals (torches)lend a rustic look to the terrace. Relax, as royalty would, on soft, satin mattresses with cushions and bolsters. Enjoy a superb Rajasthano sit -down thali (a traditional plate) meal while folk dancers whirl in gay abandon. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 05 JAIPUR - SAMODE
After breakfast group departs for a tour of the amber fort. Enjoy elephant ride from the base to the top of the hill on which the fort is situated later. a2 hours shopping tour would take you to choose from colorful fabric, papier mache, gems and stones, blue pottery, carpets etc. lunch at the fascinating ethinic village resort"CHOKHI DHANI".Post lunch group departs for samode (40 KMs). Group arrive at the vilage entrance where decorated camel carts await your arrival. The group will distribute itself and mount camel carts and the coach with baggage will drive up to the palace. The camel caravan escorted with 2 torchbearers to each cart and led by local musicians would commence its journey through the cobbled streets through the village. The group would get a first hand insight into the quaint village life-style, the local village shops and houses, curious children waving greetings from the roof top and the friendly shy smiles from the conservative village bellers. The group is times to reach the palace gate at sunset (40 minutes ride). On arrival the entire palace is lit up. They disembark and by now the excitements is loud and clear. The group then walks up to the palace entrance gate wherein village elders garlanding them receive them and the village belies in full local attire showering rose petals at the group. The group enters the lobby where a huge floral logo of your company is carved out on the floor welcoming the group, room keys are distributed and the ladies are presented with colourful Rajasthani scarves while the male member would be presented Turbans,(Traditional Rajput head gear). They would be welcome to wear the same for the evening and the baggage transferred to the rooms. Cocktails with the prince arranged at the Sheesh Mahal (hall of mirrors) and later the group is seated in the Durbar Hall for a cultural evening extravaganza. The ambience created goes back to 600 years when the king and his lieutenants would sit on the cushioned floor and the dancers performed for enterainment. The group would be served drinks and dinner while the local dancer and musicians entertain. Members from the group would be invited to join the dancers. After dinner, coffee is served on the terrace. The group would be thrilled to see a fire work show against the stark naked mountain landscape and the grand finale lighting up your company's logo against the skyline. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 06: SAMODE -MANDAWA
Morning free at the palace or trek up to the fort. After lunch, leave for Mandawa. Check into Desert Resort, Mandawa. Traditional Welcome and evening at leisure to enjoy the Royal ambience at the castle. Gala Bar-be-que-dinner with camp fire with graceful folk dances and melodious music of the desert dwellers, an unforgettable experience under the starry night. Overnight at Mandawa. Morning free at the palace or trek unto the fort. After lunch, leave for Mandawa. Check into Desert Resort, Mandawa. Traditional Welcome and evening at leisure to enjoy the Royal ambience at the castle. Gala Bar-be-que-dinner with camp fire with graceful folk dances and melodious music of the desert dwellers, an unforgettable experience under the starry night . Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 07: MANDAWA -DELHI
After breakfast, visit Mandawa. After lunch. Leave for Delhi. On arrival in Delhi check in at your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 08: DEPART DELHI
After breakfast a short whirl wind last minute shopping tour. Post lunch old Delhi tour to include Jama Masjid and Red Fort. Later arrive back into the hotel to checkout. Evening the group is taken for a farewell gala dinner with band in attendance. Farewell momentous presented by ETC Tours. Transfer to international airport to board your flight.
