The very mention of Rajasthan evokes visions of Maharajas, palaces, forts, deserts, camels and people in brightly colored attire. It is through such a landscape that the Palace on Wheels, one of the ten most luxurious trains of the world, winds its way on its week-long journey. The fourteen deluxe saloons, equipped with all modern-day amenities is tastefully decorated and offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience of living in royal splendor.The journey takes the travelers through Delhi, Jaipur, Chittaurgarh, Udaipur, Sawai Madhopur, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Bharatpur and Agra and offers a variety of sightseeing and desert safaris laces with dance and music to make the journey truly memorable. The seven day tour gives the travelers a unique opportunity to leisurely explore Rajasthan while the 'Khidmatgars' do their utmost to make the tour as comfortable as possible. The pleasure of living in a mobile palace is all yours from the moment you arrive at the station to board the Palace on Wheels and this wonderful experience does not come to an end after just seven days but lingers in the memory of the travelers long after the journey is over. Each coach has four coupes and is provided with wall-to-wall carpeting. Two restaurant cars, the Maharaja and the Maharani offer continental, Rajasthani and Indian cuisine for the gourmets. Besides, a well stocked bar and a lounge car are attached to make your journey a memorable experience. The centrally air-conditioned and self-sufficient train leaves Delhi Cantonment every Wednesday.

Indian Passengers can pay in Rupees (equivalent amount) at the exchange rate prevalent at the time of payment. Tariff is inclusive of cost of travel, full catering (morning tea, breakfast, lunch, evening tea, and dinner), conducted sightseeing tours in deluxe coaches, entrance fee for monuments, palaces cultural entertainment at Jaipur and Jaiselmer and boat ride to and fro Lake Palace Hotel at Udaipur, Elephant ride at Jaipur, Camel ride at Jaiselmer and Rickshaw ride at Bharatpur. Note: Tariff does not include liquor, laundry and other items of personal nature and video camera charges for entry into Parks and monuments.

Day 01 :
Arrive Delhi at 1600 hrs. Departure for Jaipur at 1745 hrs. Dinner on board.

Day 02 : Jaipur
Breakfast on board. On arrival at Jaipur sightseeing of Amber Fort. Lunch at a Palace Hotel. Afternoon tour of the city. Departure for Jaisalmer at 1730 hrs. Dinner on board.

Day 03 : Jaisalmer
Breakfast on board. On arrival you will be provided with city tour of Jaisalmer. Lunch on board and rest. Evening visit to Sand Dunes and Camel Ride. Dinner with cultural programme at Jaisalmer. Departure for Jodhpur at 2300 hrs.

Day 04 : Jodhpur
Breakfast on board. On arrival you will be provided with city tour of Jodhpur. Lunch at a Palace Hotel. Departure for Sawai Madhopur at 1530 hrs. Dinner on board.

Day 05 : Swami Madhopur - Chittaurgarh
Breakfast on board. Visit to Ranthambore National Park. Departure for Chittaurgarh at 1100 hrs. Lunch on board. Evening sightseeing tour of Chittaurgarh Fort. Dinner on board. Departure for Udaipur at 2000 hrs.

Day 06 : Chittaurgarh Udaipur
Breakfast on board. On arrival you will be provided with city tour of Udaipur. Lunch at a Palace Hotel. Departure for Bharatpur at 2000 hrs. Dinner on board.

Day 07 : Bharatpur Agra
Visit to National Bird Sanctuary. Breakfast at Forest Lodge. Sightseeing tour at Fatehpur Sikri. Lunch on board. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Agra city and Taj Mahal. Dinner on board. Departure for Delhi at 0800 hrs.

Day 08 :
Arrive Delhi Cantt. at 0600 hrs. Breakfast on board.
