Royal Orient Tour
Take a journey back in time, to the fairy tale world of chivalrous Princes and beauteous Princesses. An era of unimaginable splendour, a period of unmatched opulence. Rediscover the glittering, golden age through the last of the great extravaganzas - The Ro yal Orient, a spectacular concept in transport; an aesthetic marvel of modern times. A throwback to the bygone days. Capture the essence of the realm of the Maharajas. An opportunity to experience its princely grandeur; a possibility of redefining the word pleasure. Thirteen indescribably wondrous, beautiful, gold embossed saloon cars recreate the resplendent living of times of yore.
Live
out your fantasies in the fashion of early royal passengers on bridal
journeys, state visits and grand hunting parties. Sink into pink
retreats with hot and cold running water, showers and soft channel
music. Restaurant cars with exquisite Indian and continental
cuisines. A luxurious lounge, a library, television and video
entertainment. Most of the travel is done by night; daytime is
reserved for sightseeing and shopping.
The fun comes up when
the sun goes down. Unwind at the " Watering Hole," a bar
well stocked with the choicest liquors. Have a drink with a friend
and get into high spirits, as high spirits get into you! And when you
think you've had enough for the day (an unlikely possibility, but
neverthless), retire to the privacy of your chambers, and sleep with
the memories of an era that was, and a world that time forgot.
